HAITI RELIEF - HELP NOW!
A massive 7.0 earthquake struck Haiti on January 12, 2010. Three million people have been affected by the quake and its aftermath. Reports estimate that over fifty thousand Haitians may be dead. Nearly all of Port-au-Prince is either damaged or destroyed, including much needed hospitals and facilities to house the injured. Emergency supplies such as food, water, medical supplies and clothing are desperately needed.
REMEMBER WE LIVE IN AN EARTHQUAKE PRONE AREA, TOMORROW WE COULD BE THE ONES IN NEED OF HELP!
Adult & Kids Pan American Jiu-Jitsu Championships
The year started and so did the training for the major tournaments happening in California in the first semester. The first ever Pan American Championships for Kids will be held in Carson, Ca on February 27. Click here for more info.
Before hand, however, on February 6th, we are bringing our kids to compete at the Rumble at the Redwoods Tournament in Sta. Cruz. That should be a good tune up for the coveted Pan Ams medals.
As for the adults, April 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th are the dates for the second largest tournament in the world. The Pan American Championships will be held for the 15th time this year and should break another competitor and spectator record. More info on the competition to be released soon by http://www.ibjjf.org
